House Passes Ginormous Stimulus Bill; Will It Work?

The House has voted ‘OK’ for the $787 billion stimulus plan that is due to save our economy. The bill was approved 246-183 with zero Republican votes and only seven Democratic votes going against the bill. The bill will now be decided in the Senate.

The “Miracle Bill” is going to create 3.5 million jobs for Americans, according to President Barack Obama. Republicans did not vote for the bill because they believe it will not work due to miniscule tax-cuts and too much money-spreading around everyday projects.

What’s your take? Does the bill work, help, fail? Leave a comment!
