Entertaining as always, the NBA continues to host the best All-Star weekend out of any sport (Pro-Bowl, MLB All-Star, Hockey, etc).

The West poured it on the East in a game that ended completely one-way, 146-119. Kobe scored 27 and Shaq dropped 17 in 11 minutes, earning them Co-MVP honors. And so the question is raised; what bad blood is there between the two? Judging by the game, there is none. The two joked, dished passes to one another, and begged for the other guy to take the MVP hardware. Really?

And of course, the Shaq-Kobe combination was the entire talk of the night. “I tell you what, those two guys together, that’s a deadly combination as we all saw tonight and we have all seen in the past,” said East head coach Mike Brown. Blah, blah, blah.

After the game, Kobe had this to say, “We are not going to go back to the room and watch ‘Steel Magnolias’ or something like that, you know what I’m saying, crying, all that stuff. We had a good time. That’s all.”

Yea, sure Kobe.
